In this presentation, Barbara will share ideas about how we can navigate the rocky information waters. She will discuss historical and contemporary concepts of disinformation, misinformation, and fake news, as well as how information access and creation have changed. She will also talk about fact-checking, ensuring access to credible resources, and educating our communities. In a time when disinformation seems to be everywhere, let’s learn how we can dismantle it.
