UN Worker
This UN Worker is helping to register some of the hundreds of thousands of refugees trying to escape the violence that continues to happen in Syria and elsewhere.
In August 2015, Jefferson Humanists Steering Committee members pledged $500 to assist in the evacuation process and are asking other Chapter members to match their donation. Please help with a donation to this cause as you are able. We now have over 50 members and as many friends. If everyone donated just $10 or $15, it would be a big help to people in severe need. Your donation is tax deductible. Make checks to Jefferson Humanists and mark for: UN Relief Fund.
GLBTQ Rights
Jefferson Humanists supports equality in law and in society for the gay/lesbian/bisexual/
transgender/queer (GLBTQ) community.
We have marched in the Denver Gay Pride Parade starting in 2015 and will continue our support and advocacy in this important arena. We invite others to join us.
